Welcome to Dallas - Fort Worth Chapter
Our ASEI Dallas chapter is one of the youngest chapters in the organization. We have a team of really young engineers who are really excited to grow this chapter. This chapter will be focused on promoting STEM within youngsters, Campus outreach and building networking connections within Dallas – Fort Worth metro.
The American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin (ASEI) is an organization of engineers and technical professionals of Indian origin. ASEI was established in 1983 in Michigan, and is a non-profit organization (Tax ID # 38 -2468829). Since its inception in 1983, ASEI has strived to strengthen the Indo-American relationship, institute a channel of communication between technical organizations within the United States and abroad, lend a helping hand to charitable organizations, provide assistance to engineering students at the Local and National levels, and organize networking events.

Puneet Dikshit
President
Puneet is a Senior Digital Leader with more than 25 years of experience. He is currently working as a Senior Director with HCL America managing a large account. His prior experience includes working with large SI companies, such as EDS Corp and Perot Systems, managing customers such as NASA Ames Research Center. Outside of his work, he enjoys traveling, trekking and spending time with family.
Jayati Dandriyal
Director
Jay Patel is a Technical Fellow and structural repair expert at Boeing. He has over 24 years of experience in supporting customer’s complex metal and composite structure repair needs. Jay has travelled to over 30 countries to provide on-site technical support for complex AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repairs and modification programs to our airline customers. He has been called upon as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in nine NTSB/FAA incident/accident investigations. Jay participates in several industry committees and research consortiums such as the Commercial Aircraft Composite Repair Committee (SAE AMS CACRC), Aviation Services Research Centre (ASRC – Hong Kong), and Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR – Singapore). He is the chair of the Product Support Engineering Support and Sustaining (ES&S) Technical Board and the Customer Support Airframe Technical Council.
Suresh Iyer
Director
Dr. Suresh Iyer is a senior engineer/technical director with GHD. His primary areas of focus and expertise are in the field of air quality management. His contributions to the air quality management field include development of methods to monitor and model spatial distribution of ambient particulate matter, indoor air quality and its effect on asthma symptoms, and development of methods to test emissions of criteria pollutants from new advanced high efficiency stationary combustion systems. Dr. Iyer has published over 20 peer reviewed journal papers and presented over 30 peer reviewed conference papers.
Snehansh Sati
President
Snehansh Sati is an experienced product manager who specializes in driving product vision and roadmap for healthcare companies. He focuses on collaboration between customer and company, with cross-functional partners to deliver successful results. Among Sati’s specialties include healthcare analytics, product strategy and managing a roadmap. He is also a certified scrum master and a certified Tableau desktop specialist and utilizes these skills to support data-driven decision making.
